Plan A
This is the most basic Medigap plan. It covers basic benefits like Medicare Part A coinsurance and hospital costs, along with some coverage for Part B coinsurance or copayments.
Plan B
Similar to Plan A, but with a bit more coverage. It includes all the benefits of Plan A and adds coverage for Medicare Part A deductible.
Plan C
This plan is more comprehensive and covers everything in Plan B, plus coverage for skilled nursing facility coinsurance, Part B deductible, and some coverage for foreign travel emergencies.
Plan D
Covers the same benefits as Plan C except for the Part B deductible. It's a good option for those who want comprehensive coverage but are willing to pay the Part B deductible out of pocket.
Plan F
Plan F is the most comprehensive Medigap plan, covering all out-of-pocket costs that Original Medicare doesn't pay for, including deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. However, it's important to note that Plan F is no longer available to new Medicare enrollees as of 2020.
Plan G, HDG or G+
Similar to Plan F, but it doesn't cover the Medicare Part B deductible. However, it often has lower premiums than Plan F, making it a popular choice for many Medicare beneficiaries.
High Deductible Plan G (HDG), also known as G+, is one of the most common plans with which we help beneficiaries enroll. It provides the same level of coverage as Plan G, but coverage kicks in after you meet the calendar year deductible, and it often has a lower monthly premium than other plans.

Plan K, L, M & N
These plans have different cost-sharing structures compared to Plans A through G. They typically have lower premiums but higher out-of-pocket costs when you receive medical services.
Plan E, H, I or J
There are no Medicare Supplement plans labeled E, H, I, or J. These plans were once available in the past, but they have been discontinued. Plan J, for example, was discontinued in 2010, and Plans E, H, and I were discontinued before that.
